These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nixvoid platform. By initializing a secure connection or entering a chat room, you accept these Terms in their entirety.

1. Eligibility

By utilizing Nixvoid, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority in your applicable jurisdiction. The Platform is not intended for the use of minors.

2. End-to-End Encryption Architecture

Nixvoid employs advanced, industry-standard cryptographic techniques, utilizing Elliptic-Curve Diffie-Hellman (ECDH) key exchanges coupled with AES-GCM symmetric encryption. Because the decryption keys are dynamically generated, held exclusively in your local device's volatile memory (RAM), and are rotated regularly, Nixvoid retains zero technical capacity to audit, decipher, moderate, or intercept your communications.

3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

Although our infrastructure prevents content moderation, you are legally obligated to utilize the platform lawfully. You strictly agree NOT to:

Distribute, transmit, or promote illegal, terroristic, or highly unlawful material.
Utilize the platform to engage in harassment, severe cyberbullying, or predatory behavior.
Deploy automated scripts, bots, reverse-engineering tools, or exploit mechanisms targeting our database, WebRTC pipelines, or cryptographic implementation.

4. Limitation of Liability

Nixvoid operates on a strict "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Total Immunity Clause: The developers, owners, and affiliated parties of Nixvoid bear absolutely no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from connection drops, encryption failures, compromised local hardware, IP address exposure (via WebRTC), or emotional/financial damages caused by the content transmitted by third-party participants.

5. Termination of Access

Nixvoid features embedded timeout, invisibility, and anti-abuse protocols. We reserve the right to forcefully terminate sessions, drop WebRTC connections, or block IPs interacting with our signaling servers maliciously, without prior warning.
